Rare Igbo helmet mask with an interesting zoomorphic superstructure of two vipers with a third two-headed one under their grip. Metal studs are strategically placed on the vipers and on the facial plane of the mask, including the eyes.

This magical looking mask may have been used as a war mask, for judicial duties, social control and for ancestor cults.
